Clear, no question: Sport is healthy! Our hair have to through the sweat, the many shampoos and maybe chlorinated water but very (un) beautiful strains to take. We show how we actively maintain our hair in the future and to toe points from head actually at the sport.
1. the correct rhythm
For the sporting hair care: less is more. Too many washes and an overdose of toiletries can quickly dry out the hair. Basically a pea-sized amount of shampoo is sufficient when shampooing. Who is morning already hair washed, may in the evening after the sport reassured waive the shampoo. Some water and a short head massage enough sweat to get rid of the hair.
Miss Tip: Should you not want however to shampoo, it is better to rub the product only in the sweaty skin, not the length.
2. the proper care
And once again the good come true, old "less is more" theme - in terms of ingredients. The fewer ingredients in maintenance are included, the better. Completely abandon can the hair, for example, on artificial musk substances and PETs. Also you should make sure that your conditioner contains no alcohol – he would also dry out the hair structure.
3. the right portion of coolness
If possible, you should forgo the hair dryer after shampooing. Best you comb through the lengths with a coarsely gezinktem toothed comb and let them dry in the air.
This is not possible, you should take while blow-drying a minimum distance of 15 cm between the hair and hair dryer.
4. the right cut
The tips mentioned above of course go hand in hand with the right haircut. Who regularly makes sport, should keep this in the next round to the hairdresser in mind: an ideal cut is when the hair without a hair dryer and styling products sitzst well - so you have also your hair out and again a little break.
